IT infrastructure
Cloud, networks, identity and recovery, designed to be reliable, affordable and easy to run.
01The problem
Infrastructure that grew by accident.
- 1.1
It works, until it doesn’t.
Single points of failure, backups nobody has restored, and one person who knows how it all fits together.
- 1.2
The cloud bill keeps climbing.
Idle servers, oversized instances and forgotten test environments add up every month.
- 1.3
Access is everyone’s.
Shared passwords, no multi-factor sign-in, and accounts that outlived the people who used them.
- 1.4
No one can draw it.
Without a current diagram and runbooks, every change is a risk and every outage takes longer.
02What we do
Designed, built and handed over.
We design for the team that will run it, not for a slide.
- Cloud strategy and migration
- Which workloads to move, where, in what order, and what it will cost to run them.
- Network, identity and endpoints
- Single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, device management and networks segmented by risk.
- Backup and disaster recovery
- Recovery targets agreed with the business, and restores that are tested, not assumed.
- DevOps and CI/CD
- Pipelines, infrastructure as code and environments your developers can trust.
- Cost reviews
- Rightsizing, pricing commitments and clean-up, with savings tracked month by month.
- Monitoring and operations
- Alerts that mean something, dashboards people read, and runbooks for when things go wrong.
03How it runs
A typical migration.
Around ten weeks for a small company moving its core systems to the cloud.
- 01Weeks 1–2
Review
Map what you run today: systems, costs, access and risks.
- 02Weeks 2–3
Design
A target architecture and a migration plan, with running costs.
- 03Weeks 3–8
Build
We build it with your team, as code wherever possible.
- 04Weeks 8–10
Cut over
Planned moves with a rollback ready, outside business hours.
- 05Ongoing
Hand over
Documentation, runbooks and training, then support if you want it.
04What you get
Everything documented, nothing in one person’s head.
You own the accounts, the code and the documentation.
- INF-01
Infrastructure map
Every system, how it connects and who can reach it.
- INF-02
Target architecture
Where you’re going, and why.
- INF-03
Migration plan
Each move, its risks and its rollback.
- INF-04
Infrastructure as code
Your environments, rebuilt from a repository.
- INF-05
Runbooks
Step-by-step answers for the common incidents.
- INF-06
Cost report
What you spend, where, and what to cut.
05Questions
What people ask us.
Which clouds do you work with?
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, with Cloudflare at the edge. We recommend what fits your workload and budget, not a favourite.
Can you reduce our cloud bill?
Usually, yes. A cost review typically finds savings in idle resources, oversized instances and pricing commitments. Sometimes moving a workload back on-premises is the right answer.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, as a monthly retainer with agreed response times, or as help when you need it.
Will we be locked in to you?
No. Everything is documented and built as code in your own accounts, so your team or another provider can run it.
