Why we’re writing things down
What this blog is for, what we’ll write about, and how to join the conversation.

Most of our work ends in a written document: an assessment, a roadmap, a set of recommendations. Writing is how we check our own thinking. If we can’t explain a recommendation plainly on paper, we don’t understand it well enough to make it.
This blog applies the same habit in public. We’ll write down what we learn as we work, in plain English, without the sales pitch.
What we’ll write about
- Information security and compliance. Practical steps for small and growing businesses, including what India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 asks of them.
- IT infrastructure. Cloud, networks, backups and the unglamorous work that keeps a business running.
- AI adoption. Where AI helps a business today, where it doesn’t yet, and how to tell the difference.
- Research. What we find when we study markets, including those in West Bengal.
- Building software. Notes from the products we build, Page One among them.
